Cheque and Money Order

Please place one order through our online shopping cart first, then write down your name and your Order Number in the description of the cheque, and send to:

Our web system will show you the detail payment information during the checkout process. Please be sure to put the go-shop.com.au and your family name at the back of your cheque or Money Order when you send us, as we will require this to help track the incoming payment.

Bank Cheque and Money Order are generally cleared as paid within a day of arriving, however we maintain a clearance time of 5 days for any Company Cheque and 11 days for Personal Cheque due to current banking methods.
When pay by direct bank deposit, make sure you make a reference of the Order Number with your deposit. Please also send us an e-mail after your bank deposit with your Order Number and the amount you deposited. It will help us to speed up shipment of your orders.

Refund

After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost and tax less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used from the original purchase.
